Subject: Notification of the start of the Emergency Negotiation process of a Business Reorganization agreement of the society COLCIRCUITOS S.A.S. NIT(Tax Identification Number) 900.381.799

This notification’s purpose is to inform you that we have been accepted by this Colombian law and this will give us the opportunity to keep the jobs of our collaborators, reorganize some parts of the company structure, sustain operations, maintain growth and continue on our way of expansion and growth in Colombia and Latin America. In the next few days we will get in touch to talk in detail and evaluate different future scenarios and find the best way to work together under this new condition.

FABIAN FERNANDO VELEZ PEREZ, in my capacity as Legal Representative, I would like to inform you:

1. That the society COLCIRCUITOS S.A.S, located in the city of Medellin, identified with NIT 900.381.799, was admitted to the Emergency Negotiation process of a reorganization agreement in accordance to what is established in Decree 560 of 2020 through court order 610-000376 of February 23, 2021.

2. That the creditors can communicate with the debtor if they consider it pertinent, for the purposes of the qualification and graduation of credits and the determination of voting rights to Carrera 51C No. 12B sur – 168 of Medellin, or before Medellin’s regional intendance of the Superintendence of Societies located at Cra 49 No. 53-19 floor 3 Medellin or you can file your documents electronically at the email webmaster@supersociedades.gov.co. 

3. It is noted that the society COLCIRCUITOS S.A.S, without the authorization of the contest judge, may not make alienations that are not included in the ordinary course of its business, nor constitute sureties on its assets, nor make payments or arrangements related to its obligations, nor adopt statutory reforms.
